I called to cancel my appt for the next day and they charge you $50 dollars for canceling or rescheduling an appointment.  I was told very clearly: " this a business"Very rude told me she will send me to collections.  Clearly is about money not the patient.  I have never cancel before. And the appointment is for tomorrow in the afternoon. Is 12 pm noon time the day before. Very unhappy because she threatened me to send me to collections.  Not what expected from this Doctor. I had also called 2 weeks ago on a Friday for an emergency appointment because I had conguntitvits. They told me they close early and they will check with Dr. Never called me back. La atención es excelente, hay que felicitarlos por  la calidad y calidez de la gente que trabaja con el doctor. Es importante destacar la tecnología de primer nivel que utiliza, dando tranquilidad cuando se trata de algo tan delicado como los ojos.
Algo muy importante es que se cumplen los horarios y uno no esta horas esperando ser atendido.
Felicitaciones a todo el equipo por el sobresaliente trabajo.
